I would like to know whether it is posible to use the conjunction "both...and" to join separate clauses:
Both the price is reasonable and the place is perfect

But u can say ... Both the price and the place are reasonable and perfect. Thats how the two different clauses, the price is reasonable, and, the place is perfect are joined.

I don't think "both...and..." works in clause coordination unless there is ellipsis.
The price is reasonable and the place is perfect.
The price is both reasonable and perfect. (OK)
