Bloodshot

When someone has red eyes, then would you say "You got bloodshot eyes." to him/her?

" to him/her? ' In my opinion, "got" in sentences like that is low-level English. It doesn't sound good.

I would say 'You have bloodshot eyes.'

In my opinion, "got" in sentences like that is low-level English. It doesn't sound good.
