Good morning.
Is it OK to ask somebody (1): 'Have you gone to Italy?' when you mean: 'Have you been there?' ?
I know the difference between the two expressions ('gone' when somebody hasn't come back yet and 'been' when one has); but can you think of a situation like that in (1)?

No. You are asking me to think of every possible context for the two expressions. I have done so, having a brain the size of Jupiter, and no. Hey, you know what? I forgot the unlikely case
