Be reflected/included in [into, onto, to]
Dear all,
#1. When a change occurs, it is to be reflected in [into, onto, to] the operation manual ASAP.
#2. When a change occurs, it is to be included in [into, onto, to] the list immediately.
I would like to know which preposition would be your first choice, and which ones are still acceptable (or not acceptable).
More specifically, I am curious about "to".

#1 - only reflected in. #2 - I would say in as the first choice. " into, onto, and to are not appropriate for either one.
