Forgive me for asking, but are you going to ask us to check every single thing you say to your class?
I'm sure you want to do a perfect job, but it seems to me that a realistic goal for you is to make the students' English as good as yours, rather than perfect.

It is correct (now) but not very natural. Could I suggest: the attendance sheet hasn't been prepared yet, so please print your name and sign next it on this temporary one.
