It's not that it's not natural. It sounds like a mistake for "at some moment in your life". It seems like the writer was trying to shorten the duration of the point, but a point in time is no more narrow than a point in your life, and the two expression get tangled up together.

"in time" seems redundant. I would say "at some point in your life".
