Hello,Does it sound good "these data is more important as compared with that " or better to use "as compared to ..."Thanks

Broadly speaking, both are fine. It is merely that you have not provided any context, so that we
can steer you in the right direction. In technical or formal writing, both plural form and plural verb
may be used, as in your original fragment: "These data seem important (also: significant) compared to / with..."
However, in casual writing, the singular verb takes place instead: "This data seems important (also: significant)
compared to / with..." Here, you are making a judgment about the reliability and validity of the data you
have obtained, for you firmly believe it is trustworthy when measured against another sort of data.
Note that you do not have to use this structure if you intend to say the following fragment:
"This data is more important than..." In that case, the use of the above structure might be considered inappropriate.
