Article use with two or more nouns
Hello,
Can someone please tell me if I should be placing an article before an adjective describing two or more nouns (and even more so if the noun pair comprises countable and uncountable nouns)!
For example:
John finalized the project with an exceptional speed and quality.
or
John finalized the project with exceptional speed and quality.
