From a test for competition

I don't mean any offense, but if it's for a competition, is it fair to ask others to correct your work? It should be your own best effort.

This is from the competition test from 2000 . I am practising everything from grammar that I can find because I am prepareing for my entrance exam . I do not compete and such competitions can not be done at home or with using computer, it must be done at school supervised by teachers .

I would like if someone can correct my mistakes and explain . Thanks .

Thank you . I completely agree . 15 years is too much . Money just can not buy time or life ...

P.S My teacher say that correct answer for 3. is himself
