arrangement or arrangements?
I found the folowing sentence.
"Although handling arrangement at UK airports are excellent, there are rare occasions when your baggage may unfortunately be delayed."
I think it should be "Although handling arrangements at UK airports are excellent..." or "Although handling arrangement at UK airpots is excellent..."
Is the word, arrangement, used as an uncountable noun? If so, why is "are" used in the original sentence?
