Are they correct? Are there better way to say about it?
1) If the otolith in the room of your ear (moves away) from where it should be, you feel disoriented and dizy.
2) If the otolith in the room of your ear (moves off) where it should be, you feel disoriented and dizy.

2) If the otolith in the room of your ear (goes off) where it should be, you feel disoriented and dizy.
I am trying to say that the object's position change from where it should be.

1) moves away I think this is the best of all of them. I also think that the word 'chamber' is used more often than 'room' here.
