Are a part... ?

Grammatically it doesnt look correct but I want to avoid "internal parts". Is it there a better solution than this?

Positivity, hope, inspiration, joy are an internal part of my daily life.

Good idea. It sounds like a mistake for "integral part", which is itself a sort of style mistake, the cliche. Also, the omission of the conjunction in the list seems uncalled for, and four things can't be one part.
