Hi
I am planning to take my annual leave on july 12, 2014. We do have a company benefit that we are entitled for airfare round trip ticket but, our company policy they will reimburse ticket on the day of your vacation take effect. Now, i am running out of cash so i want them to release it on advance , because i really want to see my son. Can you help to construct a letter asking for annual leave and i want them to release my airfare round ticket in advance.
