Could you tell me please which of these versions is correct?

Christ/the lord has risen!(,) Indeed.

The traditional way to say this where I grew up is: First person: Christ has risen! Second person: He has risen, indeed! " You can also say "is" risen instead of "has" risen.

The traditional way to say this where I grew up is:

First person: Christ has risen!

Second person: He has risen, indeed!

You can say "Christ the lord" has risen or "The Lord" has risen instead of "Christ."

You can also say "is" risen instead of "has" risen.

One more question. If the first person uses the word 'christ' should the second person use the same word too and not 'the lord'? If only there are other possible versions. I like this traditional version, it's simple.

Well, again, "He is risen, indeed" is the traditional response where I grew up. Just "He."
