Letter Writing
An Advance Leave requesting letter to my boss
My actual vacation due is in Feb.2017. but need to early in 10/09/2016 to 20/11/2016 (70 days).
The reasons I have to are
1. If I go in Feb.2017 I can not continue my construction project b.cause of the heavy rain in that period.
2. my resident permit expires in June. If I go in feb.2017. I can not stay for long time
3. My manager also will get a vacation in July.2017. so I if go in September 2016. I can return before he leave and I can take over his duties.
4. also I can celebrate my birth day and my wedding anniversary together with my family
