Hi,I want to learn American English and the way they pronounce each words. Can you direct me to the right place?I mean if there is any websites/docs/resources that you found helpful for you or other non-native speakers like me? Thanks a lot!

Learn the IPA codes and a dictionary will show you the different ways of pronunciation for individual words.
