Alternative versions - which of them are correct (grammar-wise? stylistically?)

Hi,

(1) Each time she was lying to me I knew she was lying...
(2) Each time she lied to me I knew she lied...
(3) Each time she lied to me I knew she did..
(4) Each time she was lying to me I knew it.

(1) Each time she was lying to me I knew she was lying.-- This makes the point that while she was lying you knew it.
(2) Each time she lied to me I knew she lied.
(3) Each time she lied to me I knew she did..
(4) Each time she was lying to me I knew
