I know "all right" has multiple usages and I couldn't grasp what the usage mean. Could you tell me the meaning? Thanks in advance!

No real meaning. all right (~ OK) is just used in informal conversation at the beginning of utterances to indicate some sort of expected mutual understanding between the speaker and the listener. It also provides an air
