Can I use an adverb phrase at the beginning of a sentence as shown in the following sentence?
In this one-million square foot factory, the company has an investment and also holds a repurchase option.

Hi MG I would not use that word order -- I wouldn't split up and rearrange "invest in" that way. It would sound equally unusual to say this, for example: In that company, I have invested.

Right, this "in this.. factory" is not an adverbial phrase of place, the way it is in "In this factory, history was made when the first all solar car was produced."
