Adjectuves with final -ile
To pronounce facile, docile, mobile, missile, I say fassle, dossle, moble, missle. But for senile and textile, I say seen/aisle and text/aisle. For puerile, I say pewer'll.
But I think English say fass/aisle, dose/aisle, mow/bile, miss/aisle, senn/aisle. What do they say for textile and puerile? I notice dictionaries have 2 pronunciations for textile and 4 for puerile, depending on whether you use a furtive e (shwa) in the puer- and long or short -i-.
I end juvenile and infantile with aisle.
Then there's the decorator's MOW/beel. Isn't that also the town in Alabama? Or is it mow/BEEL?
I have no 'feel' for scissile, fissile, sessile and other rarities.
This is a pretty sorry mess, if you ask me.

How is one supposed to pronounce Mobile (Alabama}?

In the UK, all the words you mention end with the -aisle sound
The only exception I can think of that would be known in the UK is - as you say -
"Stuck inside of Mobile with the Memphis Blues again"
..which is definitely "Mo - beel"
