Don't say this in a letter. Your name just goes at the bottom, below your signature.

And of course, you use two names.

I am good at A. xx xx xx.
Additionally, I am good at B. xx xx xx
In addition, I am good at C. xx xx xx

Besides, I have experience in D. xx xx xx

A bit less commonly said. Sounds a little weaker.
