Active Voice To Passive Voice

Consider the following sentence which is in active voice:

Someone will speak Japanese at the meeting.

The passive voice of the above sentence will be:

Japanese will be spoken at the meeting.

Is the following sentence also the correct passive voice?

Japanese will be spoken by someone at the meeting.

If not, then why?
