Absalom and Achitophel..

I'm doing a paper on John Dryden's "Absalom And Achitophel." I have no clue what it is about and am having trouble reading its content..i need a summary! Emotion: smile

Hello Deryaa I'm afraid it doesn't get easier. It depends on a comparison between certain events in the Old Testament and certain events in English history, So first, you have to look up the Old Testament, 2 Samuel xv-xvii. There you'll read the story of how Achitophel conspired against David, with Absalom.
