He is being healthy.
I think it seems odd but I've heard that it can be correct.

OK. "He is being healthy" could be an answer to e.g.
"Why is he eating fat-free yoghurt so often?"
If your question was not about activity but about his condition
e.g. "How is he at the moment?"
the answer would be :
