About [now for...]

Hi,

I need to know what is what about [for].

1. “Now for a nice cool drink”, he said, opening the bottle.

2. Now for the next question.

In first sentence, [for] = now has [a nice cool drink] as its purpose-----

Now is for a nice cool drink.

Now is under the meaning of a nice cool drink.----

{not a nice cool drnk, not now;}

In second sentence, [for] = now is prepared for the next question -----

Now is the time for (being intended for / being suitable for) the next question ----

next question is scheduled to take place on this time;

Could any native speaker tell me correct or not?

Both 'now for's have the same structural and semantic relation to the rest of the sentence: 'Now [it is time] for.'

now for (informal) used to introduce a new subject.

And now for what we're going to do tomorrow.
