A usage of to-infinitive
Somewhere between business newsletter, the consumer magazine, and a hobby are periodicals called zines. Derived from the word fanzines, zines are homemade journals and newsletters that focus on various aspects of popular culture. They number in the thousands. Even trade magazine journalists who get paid to report on the subject can't keep count.
