According to my opinion

it should be:

1. "issue", looking at the context
2. "ongoing" seemed the best - but in this case I honestly am not sure
3. "information", again - looking at the context

In what regards the first and third phrases, the two alternatives words you have mentioned doesn't make sense looking at the context of the phrase. - in my opinion, of course.
