A single word that literally means, "To intentionally benefit at another's loss"?

00 I have not come across a single word for this. In example one can deceive another without the intent to benefit through that deception but to merely enjoy the act of deceiving. 02 br

00 Let's say there are two groups, A and B. Group B might not even have any hostile or remotely negative feelings about group A. However Group A intentionally makes an action that forces a loss of group B. For example someone from group A might call posing as a Group B person suggesting that they should travel to another location to meet with them knowing that an accident is likely to occur (rain/snow/etc) because if they get in to an accident their insurance rate will go up...and group A benefits by having an excuse to charge that member or all the members of Group B. 02 br
