Letter Writing
a letter to defer the commencement
Hi,
I have to write a formal letter to defer my commencement, and I am not good at wrting it. This is important for me and I have to do it asap. The thing is there is no one that I could ask around me. I was wondering if anyone could help me. This is what I've written :

My Name Is Karin Zitoya (Applicant #12345678). I was recently accepting a Conditional Offer for Master Communication Program in The University of Queensland. I am absolutely thrilled about this news. However, I am writing this letter to defer my commencement from Semester 1 (February, 2017) to Semester 2 (July, 2017).
My reason for deferment is due to some financial restrains. During my deferment, I am planning to get a scholarship and others plan that will put me in solid financial state.
Please let me know of I can provide any additional information. Thank you for your consideration.
