First, a correction. You do not live with three rooms (perhaps three roommates). Your house has three rooms. (Is this correct? You do not have at least four: living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom?)

So, to simply correct what you said:

I live in a rental house with three rooms. The living room is big and nice but the kitchen is very small. There is also a small garden behind the house.

However, this is very brief. Perhaps you could say more. Does the kitchen have a refrigerator, stove, table? What furniture is in the living room? What color are the walls? What grows int he garden? Anything else to say?
