Can I write this:
Actually, top of mind, I only remember that...
I look up and see that "top of mind" is an adjective. I'm confusing whether can I put an adjective between commas as an explanation like adverb of a sentence.

tuanchauict top of mind I have never heard this. I looked it up, and it seemed to be part of business English. As such it's a hyphenated adjective which often occurs as "top-of-mind awareness" (of a brand name).
