After a long walk, I was pleased to have an ice drink. I found it ____.

Answer is (b).

Do we use 'lively' with persons/games only? I am asking this because i want to know why we haven't used 'lively' here.

"lively" is used about people, situations, activities, music, stories, amongst other things. It is not normally used about drinks.
