He advises youths to dig in deep and awaken their various talents, skills, and creativity in them.<br \/>\nGary Vaynerchuk, founder and CEO of <a href=\"https:\/\/vaynerx.com\/#vaynerx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">VaynerX<\/a>, stressed the fact that it is rare to need a university degree these days. He advised the youth to hone their skills, pick what makes them happy, learned, concentrate, and develop in that aspect.<br \/>\nGary noted that parental pressure is a factor in career choice, but it shouldn\u2019t make one acquire enormous college debt.<br \/>\nGrant Cardone, the founder of <a href=\"https:\/\/cardonecapital.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Cardone<\/a> Capital, stated he doesn\u2019t believe in the idea of putting an 18-year-olds into massive debt to obtain a university degree.<br \/>\nMatt Schuldt, a co-founder of personal branding agency TPA Media Group, explained that at 19, he made the decision not to go to college, but dive into business. <strong>Schuldt stated the decision changed his life as he gained practical experience, marketing skills, the right mindset, a network, and a mentor, by choosing to skip college.<\/strong><br \/>\nGail Corder Fischer, executive vice chairman of Fischer &amp; Company, a leading real estate firm that provides consulting, brokerage, and technology solutions, said not having a degree will push you to work hard, be more resourceful and eventually successful.<br \/>\nBrandon Dawson, co-founder and CEO of Cardone Ventures, reiterated the opinion that university degree doesn\u2019t guarantee success. Brandon claimed all you need is to learn to be self-sufficient, connect well with others, and listen to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.englishforums.com\/news\/education-policies-promises-in-the-uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">professionals<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Adding entrepreneurialism to the curriculum<\/h2>\n<p>It has been established that university or college isn\u2019t meant for everyone.
