Cleveland\u2019s preschool programs restructured through PRE4CLE<\/b><\/h2>\n

Program officials were mandated through the PRE4CLE with purchasing musical instruments, blocks, science materials, and books as witnessed at Chalfonte Smith\u2019s childcare center.\u00a0<\/strong>
\nThe curriculum was paid up, and any intensive training costs were underwritten. This enabled teachers to acquire new skills, such as social-emotional learning and assessment of children\u2019s progress.<\/span>
