AKMU\u2019s Lee Suhyun recently aired her thoughts about her poor educational experience.\u00a0<\/span>
\nAKMU or Akdong Musician<\/b><\/a> is a South Korean sibling duo comprising of Lee Suhyun and Lee Chanhyuk who have made incredible progress in the music arena.<\/b>
\nLee Suhyun revealed this information through a Human Documentary People is Good by MBC. <\/span>She asserts that she grew up in Mongolia, and her parents made the choice of her being home-schooled as compared to attending school.<\/b><\/p>\n

AKMU\u2019s Lee Suhyun\u2019s humble background<\/b><\/h2>\n

From the documentary, Lee Suhyun attested that she had come from a humble background as her parents were involved in missionary work.\u00a0<\/span>
\nAs a result, her family faced substantial economic difficulties, and attending school became costly.\u00a0<\/b>
\nThe best alternative was being home-schooled, and she did not have a choice rather than oblige. <\/span>She, however, noted that homeschooling was a blessing in disguise because, together with her brother, they might not have discovered their talents.\u00a0<\/b>
\nSuhyun, therefore, stipulated that going to Mongolia was worthwhile based on the outstanding progress made in her musical career.<\/span><\/p>\n

AKMU\u2019s Lee Suhyun has not sat for high school GED<\/b><\/h2>\n

Suhyun also claimed that upon their return to Korea, together with her brother, they sat for middle school and elementary qualification exams.<\/span>
\nNevertheless, she has not had the opportunity to undertake her high school GED.\u00a0<\/b>
\nAKMU’s Lee Suhyun noted:<\/span><\/p>\n

I\u2019m still not very good at studying. But I don\u2019t think that brings me down in any sort of way.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

“People usually take different paths”<\/b><\/h2>\n

She acknowledged that her poor educational background did not tarnish her confidence level because she is working hard in the musical field<\/strong>. She pointed out that people usually take different paths, and this reality should be comprehended.\u00a0<\/span>
\nMusic is continuously being boosted in the education arena. For instance, <\/span>international students were recently encouraged to apply for the <\/span>DAAD scholarships<\/span><\/a>, given that they hold a first degree in the music field. See one of her performances here<\/a>.<\/span>
