Mike Nesterak, the senior director is spearheading this program. Nesterak\u2019s 30 years of experience in the educational assessment industry with numerous involvement in different assessment methods has shared his insights in coming up with innovations in technology applications.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Assessments need to be conducted in a timely fashion \u2013 which is why scheduling is also a factor to be considered in conducting the tests. Adaptive tests make use of computer-based exams to facilitate the assessment process. Studies show that it is a better method for measuring the true knowledge and ability of each student.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Gaming concept in e-learning<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">The interaction in gaming consoles is a vital component that researches found to attract young generations. Incorporating game-like interactions in lecture materials will create more enthusiasm and interests when it comes to learning. Game concept learning is now being used in math-based topics such as place value and use of tables and graphs.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Artificial Intelligence<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Acquiring assessment data from a large volume of respondents and translating to quick results is the advantage of AI technology.
