They are:<\/span><br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Enhancing technology and science for growth purposes<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Developing health structures and capabilities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Advancing worldwide progress<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Boosting worldwide administration, safety, and tranquility<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Improving feedback and flexibility to challenges<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Offering equal opportunities, inclusion, and accessibility<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<br \/>\n<b>Eligibility for the Commonwealth masters scholarships<\/b><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Some requirements have been availed for those seeking the Commonwealth scholarships. They include:<\/span><br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Be a citizen of one of the Commonwealth nations or have been offered refugee status by one of them.<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Be a resident who permanently resides in one of the acceptable\u00a0 Commonwealth countries.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Being not in a position to afford the intended masters program without the scholarship offered.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>By September 2020, must have a first degree and have attained at least an upper second class upper division.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>All needed documentation must have been availed in the stipulated format.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On the other hand, students from acceptable Commonwealth nations, such as Kenya, Malawi, South Africa, Pakistan, Fiji, Bangladesh, Dominica, Vanuata, and Tanzania, among others, have been encouraged to apply.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>The application process for the Commonwealth masters scholarships<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><b>It has been stipulated that the\u00a0 Commonwealth scholarships cannot be directly applied. Expressly, applicants are required to present their requests through nominating bodies, such as <\/b><a href=\"http:\/\/cscuk.dfid.gov.uk\/apply\/national-nominating-agencies\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><b>national nominating agencies<\/b><\/a><b> or selected charitable institutions and non-governmental organizations.<\/b><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Applicants have been advised to comprehend specific requirements necessitated by these bodies for prosperity purposes.\u00a0 On the other hand, applications must be made using the availed Electronic Application System (EAS), as well as application forms given by nominating bodies.<\/span><br \/>\n<b>The deadline will be on\u00a0 October 30, 2019, by <\/b><b>16:00 (GMT) and all required documentation must be provided.<\/b><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On the other hand, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.englishforums.com\/news\/asean-students-eligible-indian-scholars\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ASEAN students will be entitled to scholarships being offered at IITs (Indian Institutes of Technology)<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
