To better prepare students for the activities and work tasks they are going to perform when they enter the job market, the educational system around Wales needs to give them practical experience with technology.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">When announcing this new investment, Ms. Williams also stated that by:<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Improving Wales\u2019 digital infrastructure, this funding will help to give pupils the skills to meet the opportunities and challenges of the coming decades.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Wales prepares for the future<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Technology and digital services are evolving by the minute, and the Welsh government realizes that. To<strong> prepare students for the future as fully as possible, schools in the country will aim to provide quality digital education.<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The fifty million pounds (GBP50m) funding will be spent on expanding the government\u2019s <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/hwb.gov.wales\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">HWB platform<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, which provides access to digital tools and resources in the academic field. HWB is widely available across Wales, and \u201cmaintained schools\u201d have access to login details for the platform.\u00a0<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Online education materials and a centralized hub for information are handy tools in modern schools.
