However, the cause of the downhill trend is the lack of funds according to<\/i><\/b><a href=\"https:\/\/reliefweb.int\/sites\/reliefweb.int\/files\/resources\/UNESCO-2019-HLPF_UIS_Meeting-EN-v7-web_aer.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> <b><i>Unesco\u2019s report<\/i><\/b><\/a><b><i>.<\/i><\/b><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">An estimated number of one in every six children will not be able to get into free education as said in<\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.unesco.org\/culture\/pdf\/edu\/SDG4-Ed2030-relationship.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Sustainable Development Goals<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.<\/span><br \/>\n<b>On top of that, 225 million or fourteen percent (14%) of the total youths aged six to seventeen years across the globe won\u2019t be able to attend school by 2030.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> The report also added that forty percent (40%) will not be able to finish studying up to secondary education. When the number includes Africa, the figure will be boosted by up to fifty percent (50%).<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">One of the leaders, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/en.unesco.org\/gem-report\/node\/2440\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Helen Clark<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, the chair advisory board of the Global Education Monitoring Report stated that:<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cToday\u2019s warning [on the education goal] has worrying implications for the whole 2030 agenda on sustainable development. It\u2019s never too late to act to correct course, but doing so is now urgent if the global agenda is to be achieved.&#8221;<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><b>According to Unesco\u2019s analysis, seventy-two (72) governments and local official authorities have made no significant educational improvement. This is an apparent indication of a large gap that needs to address before it can affect on a global scale.<\/b><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The wide disparity among the low-income countries will greatly benefit if the policymakers and business work together to reduce the disconnection by uplifting the online learning environment.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Dealing with the stalled progress<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.englishforums.com\/news\/unesco-and-policymakers-unlock-the-potential-of-the-internet-for-14-million-girls-soon\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Acknowledging the impending progress<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> was shown in the UN&#8217;s Broadband Commission. It aims to expand and assists in creating accessible educational materials with the use of the Internet <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cryptopolitan.com\/could-blockchain-assist-with-social-integration\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">with social integration.<\/span><\/a><br \/>\n<b>Establishing online studying community allows flexible collaboration and the <\/b><b><i>\u2018<\/i><\/b><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cryptopolitan.com\/solving-a-grand-challenge-blockchain-for-education\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><b><i>playing field<\/i><\/b><\/a><b>\u2019 for the students.\u00a0<\/b><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">For the aim of producing results, Clark further accentuates on how to address the core issue:<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cConsidering that \u2018a good quality education\u2019 was voted young people\u2019s most important priority in 2015 when the SDGs were being decided, leaders today have a lot to answer for.
