{"id":18309,"date":"2019-07-08T20:21:31","date_gmt":"2019-07-08T20:21:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.englishforums.com\/news\/?p=18309"},"modified":"2019-07-08T20:21:31","modified_gmt":"2019-07-08T20:21:31","slug":"india-support-crypto-education","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.englishforward.com\/news\/india-support-crypto-education\/","title":{"rendered":"A campaign is raised as an act to support crypto education"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>Indian crypto enthusiasts raised a challenge when a recent issue was revealed about a bill which concerns <\/b><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cryptopolitan.com\/govt-of-india-agencies-back-the-bill-on-banning-cryptocurrency-but-whats-the-exact-bill-content\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><b>banning the cryptocurrencies<\/b><\/a><b> in terms of trading and using it.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> The contents of the bill are yet to be made as official but the \u201cinfraction of certain terms\u201d may involve up to ten (10) years of imprisonment.\u00a0<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">As an act of dissent, a campaign from <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/cryptounlocked.wetrust.io\/will-cryptocurrency-be-banned-in-india-before-16-jul-2019-11-59pm-utc-05-30--wWc4izwOyS#THE_STORY\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">CryptoUnlocked <\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">was released on July 8 at Twitter. <\/span><b>It is about contributing and donating the funds it received to freeCodeCamp, a<\/b><a href=\"https:\/\/www.freecodecamp.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><b> non-profit interactive platform<\/b><\/a><b> to teach its users about web development.\u00a0<\/b><br \/>\nhttps:\/\/twitter.com\/Biswassudeep\/status\/1148112571565670400<br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The campaign will proceed to distribute the collected funds if the crypto ban is finally confirmed until July 16. If it isn\u2019t, all of the funds will be returned to its contributors.<\/span><br \/>\n<b>The challenge is for the hope that the study community of freeCodeCamp can help to educate people in India about the ins and outs of blockchain tech and crypto tokens if the ban hovers and came true.<\/b><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A great number of crypto holders and enthusiasts expressed discontent and protested against the draft bill. In the midst of all of this, leading financial corporations and judiciary agencies showed their support to finalize the bill as the end game.\u00a0<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The significant economic potential was <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cryptopolitan.com\/major-indian-exchange-shuts-down-amid-countrys-anti-crypto-crack-down\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">thrown down the drain<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> and made the entire crypto space lost in limbo.
