Retech Holding Co., an E-Learning platform from China, has acquired fifty-one percent\u00a0of the issued share capital of XJS Coaching School, a company that has over twenty years of coaching experience.<\/strong>
\nXJS<\/span>, <\/span>which<\/span> has<\/span> a<\/span> presence<\/span> in<\/span> six<\/span> locations<\/span> in<\/span> Victoria<\/span>, <\/span>provides<\/span> coaching<\/span> in<\/span> languages <\/span>(<\/span>English<\/span> and<\/span> Mandarin<\/span>) <\/span>and<\/span> subjects<\/span> such<\/span> as<\/span> mathematics<\/span>, <\/span>writing<\/span>, <\/span>etc<\/span>. <\/span>Additionally<\/span>, <\/span>they<\/span> also<\/span> offer<\/span> training<\/span> for<\/span> scholarship<\/span> test<\/span> preparations<\/span>.<\/span>
\nXJS<\/span> Coaching<\/span><\/a> owned<\/span> by<\/span> Aushen<\/span> Group<\/span> Pty<\/span> Ltd<\/span> ACN<\/span> has<\/span> over<\/span> a<\/span> thousand<\/span> students<\/span> being<\/span> coached<\/span> in<\/span> their<\/span> different<\/span> centers<\/span>.<\/span>
\nRetech<\/span> Holding<\/span> is<\/span> a<\/span> fully<\/span> owned<\/span> subsidiary<\/span> of<\/span> Retech<\/span> Technology<\/span> Co<\/span><\/a>., <\/span>Ltd<\/span>, <\/span>incorporated<\/span> in<\/span> Hong<\/span> Kong<\/span>. <\/span>As<\/span> their<\/span> vision<\/span> statement<\/span> goes<\/span>, <\/span>they<\/span> aspire<\/span> to<\/span> be<\/span> the<\/span> “world’s<\/span> leading<\/span> and<\/span> foremost<\/span> e<\/span>–<\/span>learning<\/span> solutions<\/span> providers<\/span>“. <\/span>This<\/span> acquisition<\/span> will<\/span> be<\/span> a<\/span> step<\/span> forward<\/span> in<\/span> that<\/span> direction<\/span>.<\/span>
\nThe<\/span> synergies<\/span> for<\/span> the<\/span> acquisition<\/span> can<\/span> be<\/span> viewed<\/span> as<\/span> – (<\/strong><\/span>1)Australia has the largest demographic of teachers who are qualified to teach English, (2) Australia is only two hours ahead of China in terms of the time zone (3) the E-Learning platform of Retech will enable these teachers to go online and teach English to people of China. <\/strong>Additionally<\/span>, <\/span>Mandarin<\/span> Chinese<\/span> can<\/span> be<\/span> taught<\/span> by<\/span> qualified<\/span> teachers<\/span> in<\/span> China<\/span> to<\/span> more<\/span> than<\/span> one<\/span> million<\/span> people<\/span> in<\/span> Australia who are of Chinese descent.<\/span>
\nWhile announcing the acquisition, Mr. Sun Haoliang, the Exec Director of Aushen said,<\/span>
